The support experience has been great! It’s nice to know the company stands by their product even years after we’ve had these shutters. If you have a bay window, I highly recommend their shutters.
I have been using Sunburst Shutters for years. It started with our bay window then the bedrooms and just completed with our sliding door and windows in the family room. My bay window is a different shade of white color then the sliding door and family room. I have an open floor plan and it is really noticeable.Also, some have a rod going down the center and some don't. I called and was told that the colors change and they were looking to change the color again and they would look into it and call me back. Never called me backed, so I called and was told the the bay window is off white and the rest are white. I explained I have an open floor plan and would never pick a different color and that I didn't even know there was different shades of white. I was told that it does not say in the paperwork that I did or did not change the color, so there was nothing they could do. Again. I said I didn't know there was different shades of white to choose from. Was told again that they would talk to the owner and call me back and I did not get a call back. Very disappointed. I added photos, but it'd difficult to see the color difference.
Sunburst, offer a great quality product and reasonably priced. They know their business and are very professional. The lead time is good and they keep you informed all through the ordering and installation process. Phil is super friendly installer and very efficient. Great company, great product, great people!
We purchased our dining room shutters from Sunburst based on a recommendation and we aren't sorry. They are beautiful. The cost was 1/3 less than other companies. Their customer service is top notch and the shutters are guaranteed for life. If a company doesn't have excellent customer service they don't have anything no matter how good the product. We would definitely recommend Sunburst to anyone who is looking to have shutters installed in their home. They are the best and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
