The DR Horton staff have been very friendly and responsive during the build process. The townhomes are well built, both in the areas you see (architectural shingles, low maintenance siding, smart home integration) and don't see directly (high-efficiency HVAC w/ cold air returns, tankless water heater, and copper pipes). The open-concept layouts are perfect for entertaining and efficiently use the space. And best of all, the location is tucked away/quiet, but has easy access to major roads (Randall, I-90, Rt. 20, etc.).

It was a nice place the problem is nothing was ready you have to wait for 3 months or 4 months
