My two year old and five year old have attended Goddard since June 2020 right after daycares reopened from the pandemic. We have been so happy with all the staff and quality of care. As a working parent, you worry about the who/what/where of childcare, and they continue to prove themselves to be the best! I've had the utmost faith in this school and it just gets better. The staff is attentive and interactive throughout the day, the meals are great even for the pickiest of picky eaters, and the curriculums are the perfect combination of creativity and play. They have also done a phenomenal job throughout the pandemic. We look forward to continuing on with this school. Thank you to the awesome staff!

My son went to Goddard Elgin for two years. Great teachers and administrators. However when the pandemic hit, ownership was terrible with handling operations and communications. They were receptive at first but they kept changing their policies. We lost the tuition we paid when they were closed and will not get it back. They wanted full tuition for the time he was not there to hold his spot or we would loose his spot. They ignored my calls and emails to work with them to get my son back into Goddard Elgin. I guess he is not enrolled anymore as I never got confirmation from them. We are looking somewhere else. Beware.
After switching from full day to school day they still charge me for full day without any notice because I was dropping my son off 15 min early on average. It’s my fault that I didn’t look at the monthly statement. I trusted this school and their system and took a blind faith. My son has been going here for 4 yrs and after talking to management they won’t do anything about it. I would highly suggest everyone to check their monthly statement. Definitely not sending my 2nd kid here. I feel so cheated and betrayed.
The admin staff and the teachers are all amazing. They truly care about our kids and always act in their best interest. We never have to worry about them having a great day at Goddard!
Greatest school ever, especially in that area! Owners are great, teachers are wonderful and caring. The curriculum is organized and taught well, my daughter always surprises me with things she learns. Overall, I feel comfort in knowing I don't have to worry about my daughter's well being, environment and safety.
