Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. Started with the free quote and an honest assessment of what needed to be done. Twice in my life I have been blown away by the service of a provider, the knowledge of the provider or the professionalism of a provider and I think even fewer times have I been blown away by the price or something. Well Dave blew my mind with all of these things. My husband and I received an education in safe and PROPER operation of our fireplace. I have lived in homes with and operated fireplaces for 30 years. But I learned so much during my appointment.
