If I could give Liz Crawford 10 stars I would. As a local Realtor I have dealt with several HOA Management Companies. In my situation , the lender kept asking for more and more documentation and clarification to a point of ridiculous, Liz was super fast to respond and help. She kept me assured that no matter what they ask for she will immediately get it to them and she did! Elim Services you have a great employee.
