I am absolutely in love with my braids. I got medium sized knot less braids. They are beautiful! I went in yesterday for a consultation and they got me in today. The stylists are friendly and they work pretty fast. I will definitely be returning.

I am extremely disappointed. My mom has been going to this salon for 4 years and just recently we’ve both had encounters where the quality of the work is awful and the way the employees handle it is even worse. I got my hair done exactly 2 weeks ago today. I got Havana Twist and the hair is literally already falling out of my head. Every single braid in my hair is loose and hanging on by a thread. I paid these people 200 only to be embarrassed. They insist on talking over you when you call to discuss this matter. I am just truly disappointed. My mother and the many people we’ve recommended will certainly NOT be coming back. There are many other places that will stand behind the quality of their work. And this is not at all good quality work. Especially not for the price. I have posted photos of what my hair looks like after EXACTLY 14 days. *Edit* I have no idea of what rebates you’ve offered because this was not told to me if you were giving me “rebates”. The hair speaks for itself and so does your response . As for my mother not listening? You all over talked her the entire time. As you did me. You certainly need the lecture on how to treat your customers. Last time Ms. Stella did my hair, I needed no touch up. And when I had my hair done after that again I needed no touch up. The work done this last time was simply not good. Regardless of your policy, my hair should not be falling out after 14 days. There’s no excuse for this at all. And as for coming to you. We won’t be.
