I have been a patient at Elite Medical for 5 years and I continue to be disappointed in the staff's incompetence. I started bringing my two children a few years ago and they like Barnie. I even referred my mother to start going to Elite Medical. While Barnie is a respectable P.A., the mistakes or rather negligent behavior that this staff engages in, makes any reasonable person question the integrity of this office. For example, I was billed for my son's office visit as he is covered by two insurances. I emailed the office three times with his updated information and even spoke with someone regarding his information on 2/2/2021. The employee stated his insurance information was updated and not to worry about it. Yet, weeks later (2/16/2021) I received another bill for the same visit. Additionally, my mother had a visit today (02/16/2021) at 3:45 pm and NO ONE was there. No one bothered to call or text to inform my 66 year old mother that the office would be closed. I have also had appointments cancelled the day of my appointment at least three times only to be scheduled a few weeks later. The first two times I ran out of my medication but "there was nothing they could do". I sincerely hope Elite Medical starts to adhere to the AMA Code of Medical Ethics.

If I could give a zero, I would. I was involved in a motor vehicle incident where I was the victim. I have spent a month in the hospital and was directed to find a doctor as soon as I got home to monitor my progress and prescribe my medication. I called this location, was assured they would be able to take care of me, so I made the appointment, over a week ago. The day of my appointment, we had to rent a vehicle to take me to this appointment, and accessing the building was not easy for someone in a wheelchair. I entered the building and was told that they in fact would not be able to take care of me. There was no phone call or even text informing me of this change. Now we are out the cost of the car rental, and have wasted a week of my four weeks of medication. I would have loved to have met the doctor, but alas, that opportunity does not apply to victims of MVAs.

Great doctor, horrible staff, be prepared for mix up, and complete incompetence at times, but Dr. Rodrigues is definitely worth it! He has cared for several of my family members, including my mother and myself. He is kind, and considerate, and understands the ways of the community. I would highly recommend him!

The wait was a little over 35 minutes but after talking to the doctor (Barnie Rodriguez) I understood why. He actually listened to what I was saying and seemed genuinely concerned, unlike the 3 doctors before him who just dismissed me. I felt a sigh of relief after leaving the appointment like I was actually going to get better. Best doctors appointment I've ever had.

Had a visit last week. Was feeling ill Dr Rodriguez is an awesome provider and excellent staff. I didn’t have an appointment but when I called the office the lady got me in the same day. So happy with elite medical.

The wait is long but extremely worth it! Doctor Barney Rodriguez has never let me done on what a great doctor should be. Feels like family

Dr. Rodriguez is the most awesome doctor I have ever had. Unfortunately the front staff in the office are not that great he get five stars for me if not for them. I hope he decides to clean house and get rid of some of these lazy people that refuse to answer your questions or answer the phone. It's taken about two weeks and I still have not been able to get my medication because the office does not respond back to my Pharmacy or my phone calls. So like I said the doctor is awesome Rodriguez rocks unfortunately is off his Office people do not know what it is to be professional or so it seems
