Generator broke down and they were not responsive to fixing it, nor would the refund the trip. I ended up having to spend hundreds extra on hotel rooms because we could not sleep or shower in the RV with no power. NEVER RENT AN RV FROM THEM. SERIOUSLY.

Rented three RV's from Bud at Elite RV for a weekend trip. The RV's were ready to go when we got there and very clean. Bud explained how everything works and got us out the door fairly quickly. Returned it after hours with no problems. Would highly recommend renting from Elite RV.

I rented from Elite back in 2018 great toy hauler and excellent service. Cant beat their prices and their equipment is in great shape. Planning another trip for this November I of course got in touch with Elite RV again and reserved my toy hauler. Easy process and can’t wait for our trip.

I ended up having to cancel my reservation but Nathan was so helpful and took care of it immediately with a full refund. Really can't ask for better customer service than that. Hopefully we can use them in the future.

Nate is very professional and makes the whole process easy to go through. our camper rental needs changed a few times during the months before our rental date and he was always willing to work with me and had an immediate response time to all of my questions. pick up and drop off was easier than with my own camper. the toy hauler was great, and we had an awesome time in Glamis! i'll rent from these guys again!
