Eliza B's is the best local store for gifts, or for just treating yourself! Amber and her dog Peanut have created such a fun atmosphere to shop in. My experience has always been an over and beyond approach from Amber and her staff to working with me. They always have the best seasonal items and they offer monogramming in house! If you're looking for an on-trend, or local gift this is the spot to go. I highly recommend for a personalized shopping experience with high quality products.

Very disappointed in my recent experience here. I didnt recieve a text when my item was ready, so I called and it had apparently been ready for a day. So i came to pick it up and then it was a terrible bunched up embroidery job! I was so disappointed for the price and it was a gift! They ended up fixing the shirt, but I had to rush back and pick it up the day of the party. I will not be using ElizaB's anymore. She is very unprofessional and should never have handed anyone anything that looked so bad.

Was at a loss to get Christmas gifts for 2 & 4 year olds who already have everything. . Decided on beautiful beach towels for summer. Had them monogammed with their names and this made them extra special. The monogramming was exactly as I specified, size, color, etc. They came out beautiful and the kids loved them.

I asked Amber if she could put a 1 off custom logo on a polo for me. I ordered the polo and had it delivered to her, after which she digitized and stitched the logo on for me. I had a slight issue with the placement of where the logo was, and despite me offering to split the cost of a new polo, Amber insisted on paying for a new polo for me and fixing my issue. This is priceless customer service that you cannot find at any big box store. Thank you so much Amber!
