The store is beautiful and I had high expectations going in. I had a custom design appointment and it was cut short due to the following appointment. I was told I would get a follow-up to begin the design process. I had to call a few days later to inquire about hearing from them and was told it was forgotten about due to being busy. I sent in the exact design I want and was told I would get a response with hopefully a CAD within 48hrs max. At more than 72, I have yet to hear back. Seeing as their design process can take up to three months, the attention to promptness is important for most people looking to have their jewellery come to conception. I've moved onto a different jeweller who seems much more interested in adhereing to a timeline.

I had the most fun shopping at Eliza Page for my birthday! I went in by myself to browse and Cassandra decided we needed to play “dress up”. I spent over an hour with her trying all the pretty things on! I haven’t gotten out much during quarantine, so this was a super fun, unexpected experience!! I ended up with 2 gorgeous new pairs of earrings and a super cool serpent necklace and I am so in love with it all and haven’t taken any of them off since! I will shop here only from now on for my fine jewelry needs. Often I’ll come into boutique stores to be ignored, but I can tell Cassandra loves her job and was excited to have a customer. We hit off immediately and had the best time!! Thank you, I had a BLAST!

I worked with Kathleen at Eliza Page to design a custom, nested wedding band to match my custom engagement ring and I couldn't be happier! Kathleen was highly communicative and helpful throughout the entire custom design process, and really worked with me to ensure I was getting what I wanted, while always remaining mindful to stay within my budget. There was a slight hiccup with production in that they accidentally made the band per the initial rejected design proposal, but Kathleen was extremely prompt in addressing the issue as soon as I brought it to her attention, even on her day off. Eliza Page remade the band per my specifications at no additional cost, turnaround time for the fix was only a few weeks (still in time for my elopement), and I was gifted a few freebies (a candle, jewelry box, and cleaning solution/polishing cloths) upon pickup of the bad to make up for the initial mix-up. Altogether I had a very positive experience, I LOVE my rings, and I'd look forward to working with Eliza Page again in the future to possibly add a third band to my ceremonial suite!
