Elizabeth is amazing! She takes her time getting to know your current situation and how she can tailor your session to counteract stress, anxiety, and pain issues. I personally deal with a lot of anxiety and I'm in nursing school so my stress level is elevated. She's been able to help me with so much more than just a massage...she's also helped me with mind management and helps me get to a point of relaxation where I truly let my worries go. She really cares about her clients in mind, body, and spirit. She is essential to my journey as I develop into the balanced healthcare worker I want to be.

During this Covid-19 Situation, Elizabeth is taking the Tennessee Pledge very seriously following all recommended protocols! She truly cares for the safety of everyone. She has been wonderful. I have been taking my now one year old daughter to Elizabeth since February about once a week to a month for mild to moderate flat head in the back of my daughters head and it is starting to look more round then before and she seems to be feeling better. I would recommend anyone with a baby that has mild to moderate flat head syndrome to give her a chance to work with them. It would be worth it.

Elizabeth is fabulous! She took time when I first met her to listen to my concerns and goals for therapy. Every time I see her, she again asks how I am doing and if there is something specific I want to address in that session. She invites feedback during and after the session as well. Her room is relaxing and inviting. I also sense that Elizabeth is truly interested in my entire well-being, beyond what happens during therapy. I try to see her monthly for a stress-relieving massage.

Elizabeth is knowledgeable in the human anatomy, injuries, and treatment modalities resulting in pain relief, stress relief and healing. She listens intently and addresses every issue you may have in warm and comfortable atmosphere. I have seen Elizabeth for years now, after being a blessed survivor of falling down 19 steps resulting in a broken neck, shoulder and elbow in 2013. God has blessed her with her hands and gifts of bringing me healing in ways I never thought possible! I truly am a new person and will always be grateful to Elizabeth for bringing me through this journey of healing!

I have been going to Elizabeth most of a year now. She is awesome. When she works on my 90 year old mother, she looks for the actual problem. Her knee hurts but Elizabeth knows to look at her body as a whole and loosen the "frozen" ankle that is causing her to walk in such a manner so as to cause pain to her knee. When she works on me, she LISTENS to what I am telling her and finds trouble spots that I had no idea were even hurting ....... until she releases them. In my book, she is GREAT and truly wants to help her clients
