They no showed on us, said they be there the next day, no showed again. They called several hours after they were supposed to be here in the second day and said they had a flat tire on their tractor that they’d be here later in the day. Then we never heard from them again. This is absolutely no way to run a business.

I love this place. Every time I ask for a hay test they send it over. I search for quality bales at a good price. These are by far the most affordable and the best. They deliver too. Super nice and brings a tractor for easy loading into my hay shed. I just message on Fb or text when I need hay and they’re on it. I also asked them a ton of questions and they are very responsive and helpful
Talk about white glove service. Every experience has been nothing short of amazing. Melissa is so kind. She made sure to make our buying experience a breeze. I would recommend double beam to anyone in the search for quality hay and incredible customer service. They deliver to my house and have always been on time, are quick and efficient, and always ensure I am pleased with my purchase. Their farming technique is on point
