I’ve been coming to Penny’s for about 4 years now. I have never been disappointed with the level of professionalism and good service. I thought they couldn’t do better than they were already doing. I was wrong. I dropped off my dress for my traditional engagement ceremony on Thursday about 15 min before closing. Even though they were very busy with a wedding party order they still took my dress and told me to pick it up at 3pm on Saturday. On Saturday I wasn’t able to pick up my dress and panicked. Sunday morning, I messaged Ingrid on Facebook and explained the situation. Lo and behold, she responded and said she would open the store for me to pick up my dress. I am extremely grateful. My ceremony would’ve been ruined without my dress. Ingrid didn’t have to open the store for me but she did. On a SUNDAY. It’s things like that make a business more personable and human. Thank you. You've got a customer for life.

Ingrid is simply the BEST. She tailored all of my wedding party and also myself and she was very patient with all of us. I bring all my suits and clothes here to her because she is incredible in her craft. Thank you for making us all look amazing during my wedding!

I’m going to start this review by saying “ YOU SAVED MY WEDDING ” .... so today in the morning I had my wedding ceremony and when arriving to Elizabeth Corthouse the zipper of my dress got damage I wanted to cry bcuz the wedding was at 9:30 and it was already 9:25 .... my mother started looking for a store to get something to fix the dress and found this place ... as I walk in , the place had a line of customers I was really nervous and wanted to cry because I was running out of time ... when the lady at the front desk saw me she asked me if I was the girl that was getting married and as soon as I said yes she stopped everything and made everyone helped me with the dress ... THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU .... and yea I got married hahahaa !!! ️️️️
