I recently used Reliable to move from CT to FL and would highly urge everyone to use their services! I contacted several moving companies for quotes but ultimately chose Reliable based on a friend's very positive experience. I am so glad I did! I was dreading the moving process, but everyone at Reliable made the process incredibly easy and stress-free. Everyone who I worked with was very professional, kind, and reassuring about the process so there were no surprises. Jon-Paul provided the quote and Jessica was assigned as my coordinator - both amazing. The driver, Spencer, called me in advance of the move to explain the process and confirm all of the details. He and his crew arrived on-time and were ready to go. I have read horror stories about people receiving their items damaged or broken from long-distance moves. I can honestly say that everything arrived in perfect condition - not a single scratch. The care Spencer and his team took in packing and protecting my items was incredible. These are experienced professionals who know their craft, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Delivery was quick, and I can't thank Spencer enough for the wonderful job he and his team did. Thank you, Reliable!

Reliable Van and Storage charged us \u003e22,000 for a full service pack, ship and unpack to move from NJ to MA. They failed to pack our goods in the manner agreed, many items were damaged, not taken care of, and destroyed, and they also failed to unpack our goods. Further, the workers that were hired and that were in our home did not follow COVID-19 guidelines such as wearing masks, and were repeatedly rude to our family. We have documented numerous examples of the terrible job performed by Reliable Van and Storage, and they have acknowledged they did not perform the services which were agreed to in our contract. However, despite this acknowledgement they have not provided a refund. I would not recommend using this company as they do not provide the agreed upon or paid for services. Quick follow-up: Please note that Reliable does not post any reviews on their website that are not 5 star. I have written a review on their site that they have refused to post. In my opinion, this filtering of reviews is unethical.
I contacted Reliable Van & Storage for a move within my State. They were prompt, courteous and comprehensive in providing an accurate quote/estimate for my move. They maintained communication with me throughout the entire process and on the day of the move, arrived at the scheduled time and got right to work. All the workers were professional and handled my items with care. We were very satisfied with their service and would recommend them.
The entire staff at Reliable were so wonderful to work with for my move from downstate New York to upstate and from New York to South Bend Indiana. They kept me informed through the whole process. Since my husband passed away recently this move to my new location and then some furniture to my son in Indiana was particularly stressful. The packers and movers were so professional. All items arrived in perfect condition. I would certainly recommend this RELIABLE. moving company. C Carbonaro
A DESASTER Everything was packed with just few sheets of paper, even fragile and priceless piece Three small rolls of bubble pack for a fully furnished 1200 SqFt apt No specific box for cristal glasses or Porcelain China No plastic protection for the mattress and luxury bedspring We moved a lot all around the world by the past - we've NEVER SEEN such thing Big Scratches on several furnitures, brocken sculpture, old and nice mirror, table We bought 10 big boxes at container stores to protect our household linen, and all the fragile pieces we have...4 boxes were completely broken at the arrival We wish we could send more photos to prove how bad it was
