MY daughter who is an adult went to this place today and was treated very badly by the staff and Dr Hamilton. She is 27 weeks pregnant and her doctor is closing so he sent her to this place. She went in for glucose test and was talked down to by the doctor, who I am personally going to see what all I can do to have this man reprimanded for his behavior. They didnt draw lab work on her. I am a nurse and she is not stupid like the Dr tried treating her. Never go to this place. only reason getting a star cause have to give at least one to post it

I've seen multiple doctors at this practice over the course of 7 years & dont have a complaint about any. I've been with this practice through 3 pregnancies now & have always felt comfortable & taken care of. I see many negative reviews & I don't understand why. I've never had issues.

The employees here have made me feel welcome, comfortable, and knowledgeable every visit. I have seen two Doctors there and both took their time and ensured all my questions were answered before we were finished.

Despite a previous bad experience, I gave this practice another shot after a change in staffing. The lack of organization still plagues the practice. It took two weeks for anyone to review my test results. The fact that they have paper medical records only is a red flag. It’s evident they don’t review prior records and/or previous notes are illegible. Further, they don’t schedule f/u appointments while you are in the office “due to COVID” but it’s okay for everyone to congregate in the front for other purposes. I called about a text I got confirming an appointment I didn’t schedule and they said their records show they’ve tried to reach me several times...no phone calls or no voicemails on my end. Perhaps I would consider the practice for routine care but I don’t trust their care during my pregnancy. I’m glad I trusted my initial impressions after my first visit and sought out care from another provider.

They discriminate against soldiers in the Army!! They are No help!! The front desk lady I spoke with was extremely disrespectful and not professional at all! If I could give them negative star I would!!!
