Arrived at 0730 for a 0800 appointment and there was no one there to unload myself and another truck. Had to call the Maryland warehouse to reach someone. They claim they didn't know we were coming, yet the Bills of Lading had the appointment times on them as well as the dispatches. Finally left after 2pm. Only 1 guy works on the weeks and he comes in sometime between 10 and 12, or when he feels like it, it seems. But he is a nice guy!
