Clean. Not too crowded during typically crowded times (although it's still Covid times). Nice locker rooms. Great hardwood court which is usually hard to find.

My first time visit at this location, the gym is nice but the customer service! If I could give them no stars I would but unfortunately I can’t.. like this guy who was also a customer there working out along with us said this gym runs by some bunch of kids and they have no respect for their customers.. none of them at all! They need to work on their customer service everything else looks fine to me! Am good with any kind of the lack of the gym but a better customer service and RESPECT!

I participate in the cycle.classes. the class it self is good but everyday the bikes are falling apart. The batteries arent being replaced. The screws are falling off that keep bike together. We say something at front desk but nothing is Being done. We pay our dues monthly and covid has us outside. It's making hard for us to enjoy class if we cant ride.

Just called the gym to freeze my account because it’s my primary gym before covid happened. I was told that they already charged the account and will add my account for refund and corporate would make the decision. The reason behind the inability to credit the account is because out door service is opened. Moving forward there would be a 15 freeze charge. First of all, it’s winter and is currently raining a storm. Secondly, people want to workout in the private comfort of the gym that we paid for and not broadcast ourselves like freakshow for the world. To have this kind of response during this time of covid is just insensitive to me. Gym is life and I would resume the gym life after covid is over so it’s not like I’m being unreasonable.

A great place to work out and they really treat us well. They have done a great job setting up an outside area for us to work out in during this difficult period.
