Brenda was very helpful in answering all of my questions. I told her I’m not sure where is my main water pipe and she looked around and showed me where they will drill. On the day of the installation, Calvin and his guy showed up on time. After an hour or so, they told me they drilled the wrong side of the garage (this is the same place that Brenda showed me) because the water main pipe was on the other side. They finished installing at the correct side, but they did a bad job in filling the holes that they drilled wrong. I wished they confirmed the correct location before drilling two big holes through my wall and be more prepare to bring their own ladder. They used my ladder without asking for a permission and left a lot of muds on my new ladder and on my door sensor.
