Idk. Just seemed like we didn't get the respect or even the correct answers that we were looking for. Also the quote was way too high. Ended up finding same parts ( OEM ) for half of what we were told. My advice is to look around to other facilities before you walk in this place. I'm not saying that you can't get your item, just do homework first.

DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM THIS GREEDY COMPANY It is cheeper to buy oem bobcat parts from bobcat online store. Atlas will not match the bobcat company’s website, because of greed. They will sell you aftermarket parts for more than bobcat online store. Do your homework before calling them. They have free shipping on everything You have been warned
