This is the best commercial oven company in the business. A family run business that I have used to repair my ovens for decades. Barbara and Chris are always fair and straightforward. Use them with confidence.
I’ve had the worst experience in my life with this company. I’d never recommend it to you. John, was the guy who came to fix the oven, excepting the fact that he was extremely late and I had to call 3 times to check where he is at, when he finally decide to arrive he took his time looking at it then he went to the car to take more tools that he apparently needed and when he comes back is giving me a price and didn’t even told me what kind of problem the oven had. I asked what’s the problem and how can be fixed and his answer was i’m not fixing this oven is to old but I’ll give you a call anyways during the day regarding the problem. Doesn’t make any sense to me. Isn’t your job to fix the oven, or at least explain your customer the problem? He put the price on the table and without any shame said pay me. Extremely rude and unprofessional!!!!!!!! Worst experience!!!!!!!!!!!!
