The best delivery company I've ever worked with. The delivery guys went out of they're way so that I wouldn't have to break my back. I wish every company made sure they drivers were as helpful and nice.

Their same day delivery is bs. I specifically choose items for that reason; to get them the same day cause I really needed one item fast, and it's been 3 days and it still says it's on its way. I looked at their website for tracking, but it doesn't give you a normal tracking website. It just says when they think it will arrive. The website says it supposedly had to arrived the same day, and it hasn't.
My package was due to be delivered today, but according to them my address did not exist. That is strange considering I have no problems getting my other packages. Amazon needs to drop this delivery company.
item dumped in my apt lobby while i was home and i was not notified until hours later. items were stolen. awful company. awful of amazon to employ them. shame on everyone involved.
Very poor service. Their site couldn't show me any estimation for delivery. After 2 days of waiting I found a note asking me to sign it if I want to authorize the mail man to leave my boxes on the porch. After I sign it the next day I found a note stating that 2 attempts were made and they need authorization for a third attempt from the salesman I worked with. There was a note on the invoice that I'm ok with them leaving my stuff on the porch or the side door. Their warehouse hours are 8am- 5pm so it is impossible to go pick up my package with 9 to 5 job
The best service ever I ordered Sunday and wanted for Sunday and I got on Sunday at 7 before the time that showed me on Amazon before my classes today :) very happy :):)
First and Only carrier who was not able to delivery my package due... non existing address, according to them, all other packages delivery by other companies getting to me just fine for years.
They were tasked with delivering an Amazon package to me, and they seem to have pulled up to my house, chucked the package out of the truck, and left it on the front lawn. At least I received my package, which is better than a lot of other people!
