Very poor follow up. Have had to call them every time and ask for ext steps\. Was almost 2 months after the last MRI and had to call for results. Never saw a real Doctor. The PA has HER assistant return my calls. Still no solution. Stay away from this one.

My mom had a Mri performed here and after the test she complained that she had a severe headache and ringing in the ears. She was crying and said she could not tolerate the test anymore. I told her the noise should not of been so bad because of the ear plugs that are given during an mri. This is when she told me no hearing protection was offered nor was she given a ball to squeeze in case she needed anything while inside the scanner. This is an unacceptable and extremely dangerous practice. I highly recommend going elsewhere to a facility that ensures patient safety and comfort, this place failed my family.
