Lutron gave me a contact to Steiner Electric company for their electric drapery tracks. I called Steiner right away and spoke to Barry N. so I could get a quote for Lutron drapery tracks for my client. I provided a spec sheet over the email and after Barry reviewed it he asked where I found these tracks, what’s the job address and if I could email the information to him. Something wasn’t adding up when he asked for the job site name/address (usually I give this information when placing an order not when asking for a quote), but I sent it to him anyway. After couple of hours I received an email back saying that they won’t be able to give me a quote. I will be contacting Lutron and letting them know that Steiner Electric Company is only working with certain contractors. How do you stay in business?? I wish I could give zero starts...
My A/C went out and my son needed to get a part to fix it. He called Steiner Electrical just before they were closing and asked them to wait until he could get there.... about 5 minutes. They waited for him, got him the correct part and saved the day. In this day an age it is rare for a company to go above and beyond to help a customer. They did and for that, I HIGHLY recommend them.
