I see Dr Nelson at the Elk Grove office for Glaucoma and the wait isnt as long as the Arlington hts. office. Happy with the Doc too.

Way to long of a wait, got there at 12:50 for a 1:30 appt. told to get there at 1 to fill out paperwork. At front desk told appoint was 1:50. Which was incorrect. Main lobby smelled terrible. Everyone commented as the walked in. Some kind of lunch food. Inappropriate for doctors office. Very narrow waiting room if you use a wheel chair. Very hard to move around. My mom uses a wheel chair and was bumped several times by patients getting in and out of lobby. Only good thing at all at this office was Krista who was very patient with my mom. We Waited over 40 minutes for someone to bring in after dilation of eyes to see doctor. . Apparently they overbook and expect you to wait over 3 hours from start to finish. I will next time go to Lens Crafters or Pearl Vision.

We drive from WI to see Dr. Kimberlee Curnyn!! Sometimes the wait is a bit long, but it is well worth it. She is an excellent doctor, and she is great with our little one.
