Recently bought a 2017 Chevy Silverado. I had watched the truck on an online site for some time before I had an opportunity to go in and test drive. I had been in contact with Jon by text message, and enjoyed that it was no pressure sales when I got there. Took the truck for an extended test drive as I wanted a trusted tech to inspect the truck. During the test drive, I found an issue with the truck but made an offer that was accepted. The work was completed right away. After driving the truck, found that the fuel pump (which is common for this truck) was going bad. Jon stated to bring it in and they would make it right. They did! They put in a new fuel pump at no cost to me and I was on my way! Not only would I continue to do business with them, I will ensure my friends and family do, as well. Thank you Jon, Lee and Jim.
Wouldn’t buy a car, van or anything else here. I stopped and looked at a van. First of all I was out there awhile and had to call them to come out and help me. There were no other customers at all in the lot. I was looking at a 15 passenger van and when I got there he was more interested in his phone. I proceeded to ask what the no haggle price he said the one on the window!! So I ask if everything was working and his response is there mechanic always looks over it. So I leave to test drive. First thing I noticed is the air isn’t working or blowing!! Then I check windshield wipers there old and the rubber is falling off the arm. Real obviously noticeable hanging! If checked no way to miss if you have a good trustworthy mechanic. Next it has a gas intake problem you could hear it. Sounded like it was having a problem breathing!! Sorry not a mechanic but I am a commercial driver and smart enough to k ow that they never even looked at it. I wouldn’t ever trust buying a car here. They say the same as all of them say!! “ We have been here 30 years” So you are telling me you have been screwing people for 30 years. I told them I would never trust buying a car where they say they looked it over and they don’t even change a cheap blade!! Run
Decent family-run business willing to do the right thing. Probably one of the last trust-worthy independents in the market. I would readily recommend them to my family and friends.
