Without the shadow of a doubt the BEST experience I've ever had at a dealership. I drove from Michigan to them because how friendly and helpful they were on the phone. And in person was even better.. Nate followed me and helped me throughout the whole transaction that started last October when I test ride the Bobber. He never pressured me, always helpful and knowledgeable on everything. My girlfriend and I went here looking for our first bike, we were greeted by our sales person Rachael. She made us feel super confident about becoming new riders! She was very experienced, knowledgeable, and taught us a lot about each bike, basically we couldn’t have had a better experience! JD in parts, Ashley with the financing, Will, and Travis were all AMAZING!!! We are looking forward to what the future holds for us and the Elkhart Indiana motorcycle family! We not only left with an amazing bike, but gained new friendships and we are super excited about it! Definitely a customer for life!
Went with my son as he purchased his new Indian there last year. He needed to use the shop to repair damage due to potholes. The place is really set up nicely with new and used sales, full shop, accessories and retail. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! My son was treated like family! Don't go Harley until you see the new \Harley Killer\!
