We moved in a few weeks ago and our experience has been all good. The office is very friendly and helpful. The park seems quiet except for a few loud trucks which you would have in any neighborhood. It's nice to see security driving around after dark. Maintenance has been friendly and quick to respond. All good so far!
This place has more restrictions than I have ever seen! They needed me to have current employment of 6 months even though i offered to pay the entire year up front. I then tried to apply as self employed and gave them bank statements and instead of telling me they needed more info, they cashed my application fee and in the memo wrote "incomplete app". Why would u take my money and not run my app??? So anyway I wait and build up the work history to apply again. Go to turn in my application with 6 months work history and they look at my pet records and say my dog isnt old enough! He needs to be at least 2 years old. So if you want to live here apparently you can never decide to buy a puppy. What a joke!
Too many rules and they don't plow the roads and if you own the trailer they try to find a way to kick u out and theirs tons of people that walk thru the yard and steal things out of the yard.
Just moving in and my experience with with the manager and staff was wonderful. Great people that go the extra mile
