The staff was as nice as anybody could be. I'm would have given 5 stars except I feel that the name is misleading. I drove for over an hour to get there because of their name. If you're not clausterphobic they are the place to go. Staff 5 name misleading 2

I'm claustrophobic so i was really worried about that, but its wider than the normal MRI. So it worked fine for me. The mri text was great, new what she needed to do to get me through the test. I'm really happy with my experience at the open and wide MRI in Elkhart.
Went in for what ended up being extensive tumors - I was obviously pretty nervous, but the atmosphere didn’t feel cold and it was such a calming thing to be able to wear my own clothes and not have to change into a gown.
Don’t expect them to get your results to your doctor or your hospital. We sent a hospitalized patient here for an mri and despite multiple calls they never faxed the result, never returned the doctor’s calls, and when we asked if they could overnight the results the said “we don’t do that.” Caused the patient at least an extra day in the hospital.
Very friendly staff!! Great place!!
