We purchased a Concolor Fir from Arbor Hills Tree Farm and we are very pleased with the experience. Made an appointment to visit the farm and was impressed with the variety of all trees on hand. From time of picking our tree out to planting was about 3 weeks which is what was promised. The crew that planted our tree was very professional, careful and helpful. It was a big tree, but they moved it into our backyard with skill and care. Like all evergreens, there was a best side which we wanted facing our house. Crew planted tree with that orientation at our request. They did a great job and our new tree looks great. Thank you.

They lost a 5000-10000 landscaping project in a 10 minute phone call. I called to inquire about specific trees that i was interested in. Then I asked if the landscaping team could come out to my property to check the site to see if the space was appropriate for these trees or if something else might be better. The guy on the phone said i needed to come in to pick trees first. That \it was inconvenient to waste our time looking until you decided on the trees\. I had wanted to ask about recommendations for under planting and an estimate on a fire pit area. i felt so insulted from his dismissive behavior that i was speechless. He hung up on me before I could finish my inquiry. Maybe it was too close to closing time for him to be bothered with helping a customer. They may be great I wouldn't know but don't expect good customer service when you call them.

Fantastic place to do business with. Purchased a tree to be planted. They were efficient and timely. The tree is healthy and beautiful. They helped determine the appropriate planting location within the area of my yard I had chosen. Clear directions were given on how to take care of the tree. Great Customer service. I strongly recommend the Arbor Hills Tree Farm.

Run Fast

Today Arbor Hills Tree Farm planted 4 trees at our home. That makes 8 trees we have purchased from Ed. His install team is top notch when planting and clean-up. Ed's trees are the best trees.
