We purchased a 2020 Coachmen Freedom Express 259 FKDS in April. Mike our salesperson was very informative and helped us in the decision making process with suggestions and options we would of not considered. It's nice to know that at any time we have a question he quickly returns our inquiry with the answer we were seeking. He helped negotiate the best deal with us. After camping with our rig throughout the summer other Kunes Country buyers were continuously crossing our paths with similar compliments. After being a seasonal camper for over 10 years, I was in a tight spot and had to sell my 6 month new camper. I got in touch with Danny Robisky. He was up front with what to expect. They picked up my camper and within a few off season months had it sold. His communication was unbelievable. Weekly updates on interested buyers (sometimes I got a call every other day). I will definitely be reaching out to Danny and his crew when, not if, but when Im in the market for a new trailer. Thanks Danny for all your hard work. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!
Shawn and Chris were awesome! Not gonna lie here my original impression was not very good. I had driven down from Minneapolis to purchase a used camper trailer that I had worked out a deal online. When I got to the dealership the unit was not prepared as agreed on. There was some finger-pointing going on and apparently it fell to my salesman who was not in. at this time Shawn Took ownership of the issue and had to deal with a fairly upset customer. I left the dealership that Friday not as upset about the deal but definitely not with a trailer. Chris called me the following Monday morning. We discussed what had happened on Friday and I was very happy with his Willingness to try to find a solution. I guess originally the first trailer was not meant to be as by luck would have it the exact used unit that I was looking for had been taking in on trade over the weekend. Chris and I agreed on a price and he also had it shipped to me in Minnesota. The price was right the service was good and Chris and Shawn definitely made up for the original inconvenience. It’s not very often these days that people do the right thing in business it seems but this dealership definitely went the extra mile to keep me as a customer and resolve the issue. I’m now a very happy and satisfied customer and will return in a few years when my boys grow up and my wife and I want to get a camper just for us. Shawn and Chris are bright stars in the sometimes dim light of RV sales .
Hi my name is Jean. A couple months ago I bought an RV from a private party. While I was a Kunes RV I spoke to Jacob and he was very helpful but they didn't have a used class C on the lot. Though disappointed I just decided to wait. The next time I stopped in I spoke to Chris and he told me they just got one in that day. He had Robert drive me to it and I was hooked. The biggest point I want to make was there was never any pressure just pure transparent honesty, a trait that I thought no longer existed. Well it does from Jacob to Chris to Robert and Ricky. My favorite was Sean he was so professional in his walk through with me. He didn't skip a beat. I have bought my last 4 or 5 vehicles from Kunes and it looks like the RV people have also won me over. We recently purchased a 2020 Heartland Wilderness. We dealt specifically with Chris, Sean and Shawn.. All three were absolutely great. The entire sales experience was fantastic and we have zero complaints. Everyone was honest and trustworthy. No sales gimmicks, smooth process, we drove three hours to make the purchase and it was worth it. After owning several campers over the years, and dealing with lots of dealers through the process of shopping and buying. We have to give Kunes the absolute best ratings and experience.
