Tim helped me with my court case and was always easy to contact. Which is one of the most important parts when dealing with courts. He made the plan work that we put in place. I couldn’t be happier with him and would highly recommend. Affordable as well.

Tim is the kind of lawyer who will give you the best representation in court possible. I was caught with a small amount of drugs in Walworth county, and I was going to be charged with a felony as a first time offender. I had a previous lawyer try to bump down the change to a misdemeanor, but the assistant DA refused to negotiate. I had dropped my lawyer, and decided to have Tim represent me instead. Deciding to go with Tim was hands down the best decision I’ve ever made. Tim was able to get my charge dropped down to a misdemeanor successfully. Due to Tim’s experience in Walworth county I think he was the only person who could’ve pulled this off. Besides the fact that he is a great lawyer and good at his work Tim is a charismatic, kind, and well spoken individual. I would say Tim is the best man to have represent you, and your best chance of getting the outcome you want in court (especially in Walworth county). I wouldn’t suggest going to anyone else besides Tim.
I’m going to be short and to the point....best money I’ve ever spent was to hire this man to represent me. I think I went to his voicemail once when I called even after hours. I was called within the hour. Great guy who will be realistic but at the same time optimistic. Very real and genuine. Got the best possible outcome for my case given my certain circumstances, I’d recommend him 12/10.
Timothy Mistrioty Is a capable and talented Attorney. I was facing Very serious DUI charges that could have cost me 3 years in prison. The facts in my case were untrue that the prosecutors were trying to use against me. Tim did all his homework about my case and brought the real facts of the situation to light and he left no stone unturned in doing so. While in court he successfully got several of the charges reduced or dismissed altogether and got me a favorable outcome that got my life back for me. he never once lied in court and his Ethics and demeanor in court were that of a Class A 5 Star Attorney with the knowledge and skill to Defend a persons rights. He absolutely refused to allow the prosecutors to just have their way and walk all over my rights as they all to often try to do to people. Honestly I don't even know where to start. With all my experiences with lawyers I have never met one that's so involved, capable, caring, honest just all around amazing. Tim has honestly saved my life in so many ways I truly believe God put him in my path for a reason. I have used Tim in different counties (Walworth & Milwaukee) and he has been just as successful and capable in both.
