Bill VanHorn is the most uncaring manager I have ever done business with. He doesn't care about his customers and his customer service skills are non-existent. I've never dealt with a company that doesn't think the customer is always right. Look elsewhere if you need a Dry Ice vendor, as this man will nickel and dime you for everything.
The guys here are so awesome. They hooked me up for my Halloween trunk or treat that we did. I will use them when ever I need some dry ice.
Very helpful and nice guys. Helped us with dry ice for camping.
