Expressing sincere thanks to the entire KBL Destinations Customer Service Team! They provided us with an absolutely AMAZING trip for our group in January 2021. We stayed in a stunning 4-bedroom Villa at the Lifestyle Holidays Resort in Puerto Plata. There was something enjoyable for everyone; they could relax on the beach, walk around the very large resort, or just stay at the Villa to read and use our private pool. The restaurants and food was incredible, the premium drinks flowed freely, and service was flawless. There were no COVID concerns and cleanliness was very evident,. Our trip was everything we expected and more! We highly recommend calling Bob and using the KBL Destinations team for your next trip. We are definitely booking another trip soon!

Our family and friends just returned from a KBL Destinations planned vacation in Puerto Plata, DR. Everything was spectacular and we had one of the most enjoyable trips ever taken. The KBL Destinations customer team was simply awesome and provided the best customer service.

Robert with KBL destinations suggested we book with another resort bc our request was too short of notice. (We requested booking on Sunday for the following Friday) we were requesting the best available room at Presidential Suites in Punta Cana. And we told him price wasn't a concern. We also told him we were prospective buyers. He suggested a different resort would better suit our needs. We have now booked privately with a private owner Instead via VRBO.
