If I could give less than 1 star, I would...the office people that work in the department where you pay the water bill are absolutely horrible! Their record keeping is atrocious and the customer service is terrible. This is my suggestion to them and others that work in the business of customer service IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB FIND ANOTHER ONE ASAP.
