AVOID THIS COMPANY! Once you sign a contract with them, you have sold your soul. It’s extremely difficult to change companies because they own your tank and you never have the option to buy it from them. If you choose to go with another company, you will have to pay them to remove the tank as well as the propane you paid them to put in. Also, I’m not sure if you can schedule deliveries, if you can, I’d suggest doing so to avoid them filling your tank the week of Christmas like they used to do to me every year.

Horrible! Call the Better Business Bureau and you will hear a number of complaints regarding Schagrin Gas. I was a loyal customer for decades and they ripped me off for hundreds of dollars in the end.They did not care about the years of customer loyalty and good payment record. They do not care about customers; only about getting as much money as possible from you by any means necessary. For goodness sake, do NOT sign any contract with them. The fine print will bite you. I did call the BBB about them after finally cutting ties with them and I was told that there were numerous previous complaints against them. BEWARE!
This company is truly awful and raise their extra fees every year.
