Ellen Zhuravsky the best doctor I ever met in my life. The doctor very attentive and remember your History of disease. I Recommend her like a Professional doctor and great person

My mother has been with Dr. Duratskaya for over a decade and never had any complaints. Ellen, has always been nothing but professional and courteous to her. Around 2 months ago we had moved out of the area, which meant it would be a struggle for my mother to travel back and forth to see Dr. Zhuravsky. So, because of the distance my mother went to a different doctor after falling down recently. Her new doctor being less than a block away. After a short hospital stay due to an infection caused by the fall. My mother went to Dr. Zhuravsky to have some medical documents & paperwork signed. My mother left the office in disarray and shock after her doctor of almost 2 decades, not only refused to sign her medical forms which were required for her to receive additional hours of home attendant care by her insurance company.(which she drastically needs), especially after her fall. Dr. Zhuravsky also sincerely pointed out that since my mother went to a different doctor, she should go and ask him for it. It's good to know that my mother needs Ellen's permission to see another doctor. Instead of helping her patient of almost 20 years transition between doctors she viewed it as an act of \betrayal\ refused to do anything for her and all of this almost without even looking up from her desk. So I give Dr. Zhuravsky ***** 5 stars if you plan on staying with her for the rest of your life and (possibly even after). Otherwise, She gets a fat enormously juicy *1 star and 2 unenthusiastic thumbs down for her infantile unprofessional antics. SAD!
