It’s crazy to see such awful reviews. These are some of the nicest people around. They seem caring & are helpful! They’ve been nothing but helpful in hard times for me. I guess try the West Side & you might change your opinion. They generally take forever & that is understandable with more people needing their help. Don’t bite the hand that feeds you?
