They have no clue what they doing.. Shouldn't be sitting here waiting 2hrs for one vehicle.. first time I was here loaders dropped 2 vehicles next to my trailer waited for them to come load them but noticed they was all leaving lady told me they closed

Good efficent service. The office staff are really helpful and Nice! This is a location I enjoy visiting because it's always a pleasant visit. They even decorate the office really cute at Halloween with spider webs and such. Parking is limited and be sure to be cautious entering the lot as forklifts hauling vehicles are subject to be anywhere at any time...trucks moving as well!
Nobody there knows what they're doing, one lady tells you to scan the grid to be put in the Q, then another just attends you no matter what place you are, then one tells you can't pick up anything without an appointment which I've never heard off, make you download a whole new app and waste 30 minutes and then a different lady comes up tells you to go right ahead. I got lucky cause I make moves and buzzle my way in. But I saw a pair of guys that arrived before I did and I went in hooked up 2 heavys which took about 2 hours and when I drove off they were still standing out there. Thumbs down
Went to pick up a purchased item as I read there are storage charges if items are not picked up in three days. Rushed over from the other side of town because I read on the website and pick up information that they are not open on weekends although they count weekend days in the storage fee. It says they are open until 5pn and no where did it say that you have to pick up before 4:30pm. I spoke with one lady and explained that I could only get it that day and it would take 5 minutes. She explained their policy ( not posted nor could I find it in my documents). Luckily I was not traveling far and could come back next week but she said they would not be able to waive the storage fees. Many people check Google maps for directions and hours - it would help to take this in account when providing hours. Lastly I was able to schedule my pickup via kiosk.copart.com although that didn't not do any good either.
Things went very well and I even got me a dinner date
