Very quiet lots of room for kids to play . I had a couple issues moving in but they made up for them .

Mold is everywhere,....Mold city....Did I mention mold?.... I have been waiting for my kitchen light to be fixed for a month and a half only to be told\ I am on the list\...for a kitchen light???. I have a grill welded to a trailer and instead of asking if it was legal, I was told it is unregistered and wrote up. It is in fact legal and registered....but instead of arguing I made other arrangements....Heavy airplane traffic and moreland ave is loud....Kinda like a convalescent home over here...People seem to stay because of the cheap rent....you get what you pay for....I will be glad when my house is complete....
