I am very impressed with this company. Alex was very easy to talk with, knows the products well, gave me choices of what units would be best and why he recommended them. Alex and his team showed up at the appointed time. They went above and beyond what I had expected. The last furnace installer put my furnace up on blocks as requested. Alwx and his team not only put them up on blocks but then encased the entire unit in sheet metal so you could not even see the blocks. Alex recommended putting the filter inside the home so it would be easier to change the filter. Shelton did a tremendous job of retro fitting the old duct to accommodate the filter. It truly is a work of art it looks so nice. Unfortunately all this work is behind the vent so nobody will see it. Just the care, level of workmanship was very impressive. They also cleaned up after themselves! Highly recommend!!

The foundation of our relationship with the Provillian service team is honesty and transparency. In January of 2006, our heating unit went out and we were desperate to get it fixed. Provillian services came out and found there was nothing wrong with the unit; a trip wire just got loose. They charged the 50 service call and left. They could have claimed something was wrong, charged much more and we would have gladly paid. That kind of honesty you never want to part with. We’ve been clients since then and have watched the company grow as well. Their honesty, professionalism and service excellence has not diminished one bit. We’ve referred them to a number of our friends and they all say the same things about this company.
