Recently went there during the soft open. Everything from the food to the service was worthy of the high praise noted from the other reviews. It is more expensive than most of the other Korean BBQ places nearby, but it was well worth it in my opinion. I highly recommend going with one of the combo packages (serves 3-4 individuals) which allows you to sample all the best meats. I'm looking forward to going back and trying some of the other options on the menu!

I went to ChoSun Hwaro this past Monday and let me tell you it was a unbelievable experience. I had never had Korean BBQ before, so I did not know what to expect. Well I can tell you I was blown away. First off the customer service was top notch. The server was consistently checking up on us, giving recommendations, and just overall a friendly and personable guy. When the food arrived it was amazing! All of the sides were delicious, and the bulgogi was outstanding! I may not have had any other Korean BBQ before but I do not think I need to try anywhere else! I will certainly be back to this establishment and I would strongly recommend ChoSun Hwaro to anyone who loves delicious food.

Great food and beautifully renovated restaurant. it is not fully open, still under soft opening, so full menu is was not available. but amazing PRIME meat, great side dishes. Best Korean Food in Howard County, maybe in all of MD. Their 2 noodle dishes were really tasty. Their assorted jun was a great appetizer. so good. went back 3x already!

I'm shocked to see such negative reviews about this restaurant as I had an amazing experience each time I went! Service has always been friendly even though they were undoubtedly understaffed and busy on a weekend night. The server made us feel welcome and took the time to explain the dishes while grilling our meats like a pro! Everything from the ban chan to the stews are so delicious and the meat is definitely high quality. Doesn't compare to the so-called food that they serve at honey pig. Go there now!! You will not be disappointed, guaranteed.

Excellent service, great Korean BBQ, love what they did to the old Tongnamu location. Had the beef bbq combo. Highly recommend. Will be back for sure! :)

If you're searching for a Korean BBQ experience with quality ingredients, top-notch service, and a boat load of delicious meat/side options.. search no further. Chosun lived up to all of my Korean BBQ dream expectations with a running list of meat options and drool-worthy sides. My brother and I went last week and are already going back for round 2 tonight!! If your eyes are as big as your stomach and want the best of the best K-BBQ, Chosun is hands down your new spot.
