Computer Helpers is responsive and knowledgeable. They give reasonable time and cost estimates. After the repairs are completed they follow up with calls to be certain the customer is satisfied.

My laptop crapped out at a very inopportune moment and all of my usual tricks could not resurrect it. Gave Dan at Computer Helpers a call. He was out the same day to do the diagnosis and discuss options. He had to take it to the shop over the weekend, but had it back to me good as new on Monday. Highly recommend.

I haven't had a service in this place yet but after speaking with the person on the phone I feel much more comfortable coming here versus other places. The person is very knowledgeable, offered different options, covered cons and pros of each, quoted each one and pointed out the most reliable. He also is ready to do very special repair/request I had the other stores don't do.

Terrible customer service. The person on the phone tried to change the price he had initially set. He insisted a home visit option instead of me dropping it off. Seems shady. He just hung up the phone on me without listening.
