We debated for years the cost benefit of having our wood burning fireplace converted to gas. Our neighbors recommended Fireside because they had two gas fireplaces installed by them and they were extremely happy. We visited Fireside pre-pandemic, and scheduled an in-home estimate with Tom, the owner. Tom thoroughly explained the process involved and recommended a gas insert for our job. We didn’t pull the trigger until this summer. The crew that came out to do the work over a few days was professional and extremely courteous. We love our new gas fireplace, which changed our drafty family room into a warm, cozy space! We have used the fireplace everyday this fall when the temperature has dropped below 50. I would highly recommended Fireside!

Super customer relations, great service. The guys who did our work were really artisans, and they did a beautiful job. They also have great people skills. I was pretty nervous on the day the project was scheduled, and they were able to put me at ease, and give me well informed options on how to handle the tricky project we needed them to do. The end result was beautiful. They worked fast and left the space neat as a pin. From the home visit for concept development right through to installation, I couldn’t have been happier with the folks I worked with and the beautiful job they did.
