A wonderful experience! We used MyDeejay for our wedding after reading such great reviews and they did not disappoint. We were paired with DJ Van Petty and he immediately scheduled a virtual meeting to chat. We immediately clicked with his vibe and are so glad we found him. Having been a DJ for years, Van clearly knows his stuff and is prepared for pretty much anything. He is professional, easy-going and made us feel comfortable through the entire process. On our wedding day, he was adaptable (a quick wink means the bride and groom want to cut the first dance short!) and worked well with the other vendors to keep the evening running smoothly. With speakers in a few different rooms, Van was a vigilant ninja with making sure the sound was all good. We highly recommend Van Petty and MyDeejay!

We used MyDeejay for our wedding and after completing the quiz, we were matched with Evan and set up a phone call with him. Just from our call we could really tell that he aligned with what we were looking for and would be able to play the types of music we wanted and also read the audience and adapt as needed. Evan was very professional and communicative with us and really made sure everyone had a great time! The company was great to work with and was super flexible and understanding when to had to change our date due to Covid and luckily we were able to still have Evan as our DJ for our new date and everything went great!
We had DJ Brian Jones as our DJ for our wedding on 8/9 and he was AWESOME! Not only the day of, but the time leading up to our wedding he was always in contact and with us every step of the way. Our original wedding was supposed to be on 3/27 and due to Covid we had to reschedule and luckily he was available on our new date. We had last minute time changes to our wedding start time at our venue and had to move rooms and he worked with our event coordinator and didn't skip a beat (no pun intended). Getting married during a pandemic is stressful enough, and having an amazing DJ who is great at what he does and understanding of last minute changes- made our day even better! Thanks so much Brian and My Deejay for being so great!
