My hot tub had sprung a major leak while I was recovering from eye surgery. One of the pumps and the air blower were shot, and there were various leaks. Chris and crew guided me. I fixed several leaks, and then Chris was able to fix the major hidden leaks and replace the air blower. I saved some money, as the pump in question still worked. Now my 14 year old spa is running almost as good as new! For a reasonable repair price!

I called about a heater and the lady was rude and didn’t want to help me. I stopped in today looking for a filter and she didn’t want to help me then either. She was also rude when I stopped in for the filter. Wouldn’t go here again. FYI I’m a new spa owner so they won’t be getting my business.

After years of being a loyal customer, recently I had to wait an extended period of time for a response. However, once I received a response for the delay, the explanation was suitable. It would have been nice to receive an earlier response and more clarification initially but once the explanation was received it was reasonable. Chris have consistently responded to issues that I have had with my tub over the years in a reasonable amount of time.
