Abernathy's Furniture

Our company uses ETC for most of our communication services and we have never been displeased. Their biggest strength is always answering our calls and showing up when they promise. We can't think of any reported problem that they haven't resolved for us. Great work from a great company.

I must caveat my review by saying that I live in downtown Ellijay, there are a few negative reviews and they all seem to be from people who live or have service in out of town locations. My service from them has been great! I work in Communications/IT sales from home and my high speed internet is just that...high speed. My wife and I watch all our TV and entertainment content via online streaming Amazon, Hulu, GoogleTV, AppleTV, etc and we have had ZERO issues! Also I have a VoIP Polycom business video phone on my desk and that works perfectly as well. I have included a picture of my work space and I can stream live internet content while working online with no issues...oh yeah, my wife is posting away on facebook and instagram in the next room. All the people that I've met at ETC have been amazing, very professional and very helpful! I can't speak for the folks who live way out of town, but the company, their products, and the people are first class! I work in the industry and know from experience!

Had renters in our cabin when internet went down. ETC reset it remotely and back up and running within 15 minutes of notification. He followed up with text and offered to call the renter to talk to them as well! First class all the way! Thanks ETC!
