Reminds me of Julian, Ca.. I enjoyed the fresh apple cider donuts and the variety of apples. I do wish they offered plain apple cider donuts. I bet many would buy it that way as I would prefer it that way as well as others that tried their donuts. That might give it the 5th star. Besides, this would make the Orchard more money I think if you offered plain apple cider donuts. You will see. I selected all small apples and they all are very good. Ate 6 of them in one sitting. Pinata and Rome Beauty apples were my favorites so far. Bought a cabbage that felt about 20 lbs literally.

I brought two granddaughters on Sunday, and it was my first time for the outdoor activities. We had fun watching races of the chickens, ducks, and especially the cute, piglets jumping into the water. One girl enjoyed jumping on the inflatables. It was a beautiful, Fall day to be outdoors and do something really different. There was traffic and they were busy, as many folks had the same great idea. Yet, the food treats, scenery, delicious apples, and lots of smiles made it a must do!

We visited on Wednesday and it was a wonderful experience! The farm is very well laid out, and pricing is more than fair for the experience available. The petting zoo has animals that all appear healthy and are well socialized. The staff tending to the petting zoo ensured that guests had a great experience while the animals were all handled properly. That’s typically a HUGE pet peeve of mine when petting zoos are present, but Hillcrest manages it perfectly. The apples were super delicious, and we are still snacking on what we picked. While we don’t have children, the activities present (even on a weekday) seemed excellent for families of all sizes. This was our first apple orchard experience, but we are already looking forward to future years and visits! Given the obvious pandemic, I feel as though Hillcrest is doing a wonderful job at offering a unique experience while still allowing visitors to remain independently responsible for their own social distancing/mask wearing measures. Masks were required during shopping and when indoors, but we were able to keep an appropriate distance from others the entire day! It was a relief to have the freedom to explore an outdoor attraction without wearing a mask given the ample space to distance from others. Thank you, Hillcrest!

Amazing! Excellent, adorable hands on farm. We came on a weekday so we weren't able to see pig races, or milk butter cup sadly. But we did get a lot of one on one which was nice. Calm, friendly staff. Wonderful apple cider slushie! Thank you so much hillcrest for having us! Kittens available after season to have

Pleasant atmosphere, large varieties of jellies and jams and such. Had homemade bread. And of course apples. Different amounts of items such as Georgia history books, hang on the wall signs, shirts, etc.
