Ellington has a very modern approach to doing their business. It showed the minute technician Kevin assessed the area/performed heat load on the house to get the evaluation a proper start. Very thorough professional proposal was self-explanatory for somebody like me, who is not an a/c tech. Kevin was responsive and addressed all my questions in a timely manner, in my opinion even went extra mile, responding in the evening or early in the morning. They are an authorized dealer for several a/c brands, including now iconic Lennox, and have a range of modern solutions for different needs and different budgets. I was very impressed with their knowledge, customer service, and all their team members I had a chance to talk to have an outstanding approach to communications with a customer. If I were to name several companies setting up industry standards, Ellington would certainly be at the top of the list!”
