I just wanted to get out of my comfort zone,work stress etc. Brendon did an amazing job giving us the intro to the gym. I have done in the past bodybuilding, boxing and kickboxing, I’ve always been afraid in trying CrossFit and to be honest I love it. Going forward to try the 60 days challenge which I recommend to any one, after the 1 to 1 intro(3days) I totally LOVE IT!!!!!!! Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed.
