Bought shoes here that were a little big. Came back and switched them out. Christine helped me and she was absolutely wonderful. Her professionalism was outstanding. I truly felt like a valued customer and she went over and beyond to get the exact thing I wanted. She called their warehouse and are having them shipped directly to me since they didn’t have the size in the color I wanted. I will never go anywhere else from here on out for new shoes. Thank you Christine for your fantastic customer service!!! You are greatly appreciated.

Megan did a phenomenal job finding me the right shoe for .36 cents under my budget. We did a fit ID scanner to make sure I got the right shoes for my specific foot. She brought 3 recommendations and made my choice with a simple try on! I got the Hoka one - made by people walking and running the Swiss alps. Highly recommended to check them out #shoplocal
Absolutely incredible shop! This was the absolute best experience I've ever had buying shoes! Scheduled a fitting and they were able to set me up with the most comfortable shoes and insoles I could ever image! They ask about your needs when it comes to gym shoes and use their technology to analyze every part of your feet to find what's best for you, I can't say enough good things about this place! The staff are very friendly and helpful and they truly know how to find a perfect fit! I had no idea what to expect before coming but the store far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone! If you're on the fence just go and see for yourself they do not disappoint. I will definitely be returning to the store and urging my friends and family to try them out! This experience is something you won't find anywhere else!
Loved the scanning system for your feet. Science has made buying running shoes much easier. Service was amazing. Very knowledgeable of what I needed to stay healthy while running. Function over looks.
I shopped at Fleet Feet in Elmhurst for the 1st time over the weekend and it definitely won’t be my last! Jay helped me with a couple pair of shoes and some clothing and not only was he extremely knowledgeable but personable. My only regret is that I haven’t bought anything until now. The store has a great selection with reasonable prices. Thanks Jay and Fleet feet, I’ll definitely be back!!!!
